Andra is a psychotherapist and behavioral analyst. From the desire to offer quality services, resources and support to children and families she works with, she attended specialization courses in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas (United States Of America) and obtained international certification as advanced certified autism specialist (International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards). Dynamic, optimistic and empathetic, Andra is motivated by the desire for progress and continuous specialization.

Cristina Geană

Cristina Geană​

Cristina is a consultant in applied behavior analysis, a clinical psychologist and a graduate of the master’s degree in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies and clinical psychology, as well as the long-term course in applied behavior analysis, at Clemson University, USA.

The first steps towards working with special children were taken by Cristina in 2012, during which she was, for one school year, a volunteer in the Special School no. 2, Ploiesti. After her master’s degree in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies, she decided that this was the path she wanted to follow and has since been working and studying child development and intervention for children with neurodevelopmental and language disorders.

In order to support the community where she lives, in 2016, Cristina laid the foundations of what is now called Beautiful Mind – the therapy center for children with neurodevelopmental and language disorders.

Alexandra Arsene graduated from the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Socio-Human Sciences and Psychology, specializing in Occupational Therapy, she is a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology, a graduate of the Master of Clinical Psychology – Intervention and Evaluation, as well as the Level I Psychopedagogical Module. Currently, Alexandra holds the position of president of the Smile and Give Association – Day Center “Wings for Angels”, an organization accredited and licensed as a provider of social services and in the process of being accredited as a psychology structure, being also a clinical psychologist with the right to practice, ABA therapist, ANC accredited trainer.

Over time, Alexandra Arsene attended the “ABA Techniques for the Autistic Child” course, being recognized as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in 2020. She participated in the training course “The System of Communication through the Exchange of Pictograms” PECS Basic Training, graduate of the long-term course “Techniques and intervention procedures in speech therapy.
